Transfers
Transportation will be arranged on arrival and departure according to the flights details.
All participants will be welcomed at the Barcelona international airports and directed to the hotel by private transfers.
For your information the journey from Barcelona National Airport should take approximately 20 minutes and the distance is 15 kilometers.
Upon arrival each delegate will receive a registration kit including a Departure Letter confirming check out date as well as pick up time of return transfer.
Registration Desk Manager will be at your disposal at the hotel in case of mistaken information.

Cost
Hotel reservations will be cross charged after the meeting by Paragon as follows:

• One night          € 500
• Two nights        € 750

 The above cost includes accommodation, dinner, full day meeting and airport transfers.
