Submit Your Most Interesting Cases for the Video-Case Session at the ICI Meeting 2010

| We are pleased to announce a “Video-Case Session” at the ICI Meeting. Physicians are invited to submit their interesting cardiovascular interventional cases, device-specific challenges and management of complications, with focus on innovative technologies and therapies. The most interesting cases will be selected for presentation by the Video-Case Session Committee, Prof. Ran Kornowski, Prof. Haim Danenberg, and Dr. Amit Segev. Physicians whose cases are chosen become Clinical Faculty and have their registration fee waived. |

Submission Criteria and Specifications
- A maximum of 2 cases may be submitted per physician
- Presentations should be submitted on a CD-ROM both as a Word abstract and in PowerPoint format with linked AVI video files.
- There will be total of 15 minutes for each case, including 12 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for questions from the audience.
- Each case must have only 1 submitting physician
- If submitting 2 cases, complete a separate submission for each case
