Fees for conference participants include:
- Academic/company/industry participants admittance to all scientific sessions, CD of Abstracts & other general scientific material related to the symposium, coffee breaks, lunches, welcome reception, afternoon mixer & conference excursion**.
- Students participants admittance to all scientific sessions, CD of Abstracts & other general scientific material related to the symposium, coffee breaks, lunches, welcome reception, & afternoon mixer.
- Accompanying person welcome reception, afternoon mixer & conference excursion**.
**Conference Excursion:
Conference delegates are welcome to choose one of the following tours according to their personal preference. Pick the right tour for you (register before August 30th, 2009).

The registration fee can be paid by:

Please ensure the name of the conference ESOR09 & your name is indicated on the transfer. Please fax or send by e-mail the bank transfer confirmation. Upon receiving your registration form & fee, Dan Knassim will send you a confirmation letter by regular mail.
It is highly recommended to bring this letter with you to the registration desk upon arrival at the conference.
Bank charges are the responsibility of the customer & should be paid at source in addition to the registration fees.
The charge will be made in US Dollars according to the currency on the day of the transaction.
Cancellation Policy
Refund of Registration Fees will be made as follows:
Up to 90 days prior to arrival-full refund less bank charges
Up to 60 days prior to arrival-cancellation charge of €50
Less than 60 days prior to arrival-no refund
