VAT is included # Registrants applying for reduced rates must submit the verification documents with the registration form. If no proof is included with the registration form, the ENCCP 2011 Secretariat reserves the right to register and charge the standard fee without notification. ¥ The registration fee of the accompanying person includes admission to the Welcome Reception only. Accompanying persons will not be allowed to attend the scientific sessions or satellite symposia. All registration types except for accompanying persons registration include: access to plenary sessions, satellite symposia, exhibition, welcome reception, conference lunch and coffee breaks, a conference kit including the conference bag, badge, and course program. Hotel accommodation and transport are NOT included in the above individual registration fee.
