Language 

The official language of the Conference is English. To insure optimal understanding all lectures and debates will be in English and shall be translated simultaneously. Please check the onsite announcements.

Exhibition
A commerical exhibition will take place parallel to the Conference.

Climate and Clothing
Average temperatures for Copenhagen in May is 11°C/52°F.
Clothing is informal for all occasions.

Insurance
The Organizing Committee cannot accept liability for personal accidents or loss of or damage to private property of participants, either during or indirectly arising from the 1st EACCP Conference. Participants should make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance.

Visas
All visitors are required to have a valid passport, and for some countries, a visa is required.
For more information please contact your nearest Embassy, Consulate or local travel agency well in advance. It is the responsibility of the participant to obtain a visa if required

Currency and Money Exchange
The unit of currency in Denmark is Danish Kronner (DKK). Currency can be withdrawn from ATM machines, which accept Visa, American Express and MasterCard credit cards. Make sure to have a PIN code and a picture when using credit cards in major businesses. Banks are open from 09:30-16:00 on weekdays and until 18:00 on Thursdays.  Bureau of Exchange are open during the weekends.
