Departure from Rome not before 7pm

Payment

Kindly note that each participant will pay for accommodation via credit card or bank transfer through the registration website.

The price per night is €230 for a single occupancy and €242 for a double occupancy, including taxes and breakfast.

Transportation

Please make your own arrangements to and from the airport/train.

Marketing Bazaar

As in previous years, there will be a Marketing Bazaar on Wednesday, February 9. The bazaar offers us a unique opportunity to share materials and ideas.

Following the success of this concept, and a number of requests from our international colleagues, we will also be hosting a display of marketing materials from around the world.

For this purpose, we ask you to bring plenty of samples of material you have developed for your own local market, including material for:

* Physicians – sales brochures, innovative giveaways, etc.
* Nurses – Q & A booklets, brochures, educational material, giveaways, etc.
* Patients – injection training booklets, cooling packs, patient kits, videos, etc.
* Pharmacies – bags, etc.

For giveaways you need to take into account that there will be around 80 participants in the meeting.
Please also bring any relevant presentations or films.

All material can be sent directly to the hotel to the attention of:

A copy of all products presented at the Marketing Bazaar will be available in the Copnet. Please bring a CD in PDF format, clearly marked with your name.
